12:15 PM -1:15- SPARRING CLASS

 

5:15 PM CONDITIONING CLASS /Open Gym

6:00 PM- 6:45 PM BAGS CLASS

6:45 PM – 7:30 PM – THAI PADS/ MITTS CLASS

7:30 PM – 8:15 DRILLS, TECHNIQUE, AND CLINCH

8:15 PM- 9:00 PM SPARRING
